Resetting your password

You can reset your password at any time.

In your account

  1. Go to My account > Change password, or go to My account > Manage, and click Change the password.
  2. Enter your existing password, new password, and duplicate of the new password.
  3. Click Set password.

Changing a forgotten password:

If you forgot or lost your password:

  1. On the login screen, click Can't log in?
  2. Enter what you use to log in (username, email address, or phone number).
  3. SeaCat Auth will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
